A clear, streamlined process for getting your documents notarized with Making My Marque LLC.
Review your document to ensure a notary is needed. If you are unsure, contact the organization requesting it. We can also help you determine the appropriate type of notarization.
Fill in all required fields before your appointment. Leave all signature lines blank; signing must occur in the presence of the notary. Bring the full document, including any additional pages or attachments.
Have your credentials. In order for our agent to verify your identity, you must have an acceptable form of government‑issued ID. This can include your driver’s license, state‑issued ID, passport, or military ID. Your name should reasonably match the name on your document. Expired identification cannot be accepted.
Choose a date, time, and location that works best for you. Book an appointment online, by email at makingmymarque@gmail.com, or via phone or text at (513) 276‑9522. As a mobile notary service, we travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and other agreed‑upon locations. Provide details such as the document type, number of signers, and any deadlines.
Every individual whose signature requires notarization must be physically present with valid ID. If your document requires witnesses, confirm whether you will provide them or if assistance is needed.
Have your document, identification, and any required witnesses ready at the scheduled time. If you have questions, feel free to ask in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment.
Your notary will verify your identity, review the document for completeness, and determine the appropriate notarial act. Depending on the document, you may be asked to acknowledge your signature or take an oath or affirmation.
Sign your document in the notary’s presence. If multiple signatures are required, the notary will guide you through each step. Witnesses, if needed, will sign at this time as well.
The notary will complete the notarial certificate, apply their official seal, and record the notarization in their journal. Your document is now officially notarized
Confirm that all signatures, seals, and dates are correct. Make copies for your records before submitting the original to the requesting party.
All fees are communicated in advance. Payments are due immediately upon confirming your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square, as well as Cash App and Venmo. The price for notarization is set by state statute. Convenience and travel fees may apply depending on the location and service needs. A receipt is available upon request.
